From Our Heart: Kim and I have been were the families we serve are now. I served 5 years and left Kim to hold our world together. She was pregnant at the time of my incarceration with our 3rd child. Left to raise 3 children she understands the struggles that these families face each day. I on the other hand can relate to the helplessness of a parent trying to be a parent from inside prison wall. This ministry is so much apart of our lives including our children. They to can relate to the hurts, loneliness, and confusion of a child that has a parent in prison.
